Here’s how you can help!
There’s no one way to lend a hand. However you choose to get involved, welcome to the Hands Fam!
You are welcome to deliver with us if you have been vaccinated, are not exhibiting any symptoms, have not traveled outside the country in the last 7 days, and have not been in contact with anyone who has COVID in the last 7 days. We ask that volunteers with Invisible Hands be 14 years of age or older.
Delivery Volunteers
Volunteer to deliver food, medicine, and other necessities to your in-need neighbors on an as needed basis. Download our app to claim nearby delivery requests according to your schedule and capabilities, then head out to shop and deliver!
Multi-Stop Volunteers
Volunteers with access to a car in the NYC area can sign up for scheduled deliveries from one of our food pantry partners, to make 4-6 pre-routed deliveries to households needing food. Click the button below to see the calendar and sign up!
Remote Volunteers
Can’t deliver? Speak with recipients on the phone to help place requests, answer questions, and resolve issues or work with a team to match recipients with delivery volunteers and ensure deliveries run smoothly, all from home!
